The role includes:

  • Defining and executing the sales and (online) marketing strategy
  • Day to day responsibility for sales and customer service
  • Recruiting, leading and developing a sales force and service team to grow the business
  • Further development of the product and “digitizing” the business model together with the OMMAX team
  • In short: creating and leading a world-class tech-enabled business services company in a large, fast growing and highly fragmented market

What we "formally" require:

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in either business administration, engineering, computer science or physics or any related subject with a thorough understanding for businesses
  • Excellent academic grades
  • 2-5 years of professional experience with a proven track record of achievement
  • Prior entrepreneurial/Start-up or Management consulting experience is a plus
  • Affinity and understanding for digital businesses, ideally through first-hand experience
  • Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
